African American Legislative Day 2008

Parking Information

Motor Coaches, School Buses, Church Vans

All buses may park on the North Diagonal of the State Capitol Campus. Look for a traffic barrier with red, black, and green balloons. Pull up to the barrier and tell the attendants you are with African American Legislative Day. You will be assigned a bus parking space.

 

Cars and Minivans

We suggest that cars and minvans be parked off of the Capitol Campus using nearby street parking or free parking downtown at the Farmer's Market, or at the Legislative Visitor's parking lot at Jefferson and Wheeler.  A free shuttle called "Dash" runs from these lots to the Capitol Campus every 12 minutes.   Dash Route and Free Parking Lots
