Nearly 1,000 teens march from downtown Olympia to the Capitol Building.  They

attended a multi-media civics and citizenship program at the Washington Center.

 

 

Before the rally started, teens had an impromptu step contest.  The next day this

photo appeared in The Olympian newspaper with an article about Legislative Day.
