Washington State Leads the Nation in Early Learning

In the 2007 Legislative Session, Gov. Gregoire led a bi-partisan drive to continue heavy investing in early learning. This sustained the momentum from the 2006 session when the state Dept. of Early Learning and the Thrive by Five initiative were created.
